Join our team as a Showroom Coordinator in South Boston !
Are you an outgoing collaborator with an eye for detail and a flair for interior design? We're seeking a vibrant individual to join our team as a part time Showroom Coordinator, with potential for a full-time role for the right candidate.
In this role, you'll maintain our kinetic showroom as the first point of contact , and connecting with design teams to support sales projects for our high-end clientele specializing in Shutters, Blinds, Shades, and Draperies .
Offer And Hours:
Compensation: $25 per hour.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm.

Potential growth into operations or sales/project management positions in a lucrative, fun niche of the design industry!
Your Day:
Maintain showroom samples, help designers with sampling and fabric selection.
Complete order entry per design project and p rovide sales support by tracking project lead times.
Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers, overseeing the implementation of repairs and replacement orders.
Research networking opportunities through organizations within the home improvement industry.
Assist with administrative and marketing initiatives.

Exhibits stellar interpersonal skills and is keen to act as the face and voice of the business in administrative, marketing, and sales support processes.
Naturally prioritizes client satisfaction and relationship building, delivering exceptional service at every interaction.
Is well-suited for sales and project management support, with a demonstrated track record of success in one or both fields.
Is adept with tooling and systems that aid with project organization.
Has experience with basic marketing tactics and can assist with implementing a strategy.
Is keen on executing various administrative tasks as needed.
Is not above rolling up their sleeves to keep the showroom looking its best between appointments and throughout the day.
Background and Qualifications:
Required: 3+ years of successful experience running showrooms, managing retail spaces, or working on high-end front of house teams and/or administrative support roles.
We highly value experience selling or managing a retail space that deals with highly complex products.
Project coordination or sales support experience will be valued heavily.
Experience in window treatment niche and/or fabrication/design is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
