Aerotek Security Installation Technician in South Bend, Indiana

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair our security systems. The candidate will ensure that all systems are functioning optimally and provide prompt support for any technical issues. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills are critical for this role.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining security systems and solutions at client sites.

  • Troubleshooting and repairing security equipment and software issues.

  • Performing regular maintenance checks and updates on security systems.

  • Providing technical support and guidance to clients, both remotely and on-site.

  • Documenting service calls and creating detailed reports of work performed.

  • Training clients on the proper use and maintenance of security systems.

  • Staying updated on the latest security technologies and industry best practices.

You're probably a match if you have:

  • Proven experience as a service technician or in a similar technical role, preferably within the security solutions industry.

  • Strong technical skills with a deep understanding of security systems and solutions.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
