PAY RATE $18.00 - $20.00

Schedule:Seven days a week, 5PM-11PM, Hours may vary based on operational needs and events

DESCRIPTION SUMMARY:Performs public interactions around park rules, public safety, and hospitality assistance. Performs facility inspections and light maintenance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This list represents the types of duties required by the position. Other duties may be assigned as reasonably expected. Ensuring and (if need be) correcting customer behavior in regard to City ordinances, ensuring customers have a positive experience, liaison w/ SBPD as needed. N

POSITIONREQUIREMENTS REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or combination of education and experience required.
  • Demonstrate skill set containing, positive customer assistance, clear and concise communication, and the ability to positively interact with customers of different backgrounds and ages.
  • Ability to perform visual inspections of facilities and patrons.
  • Ability to learn and educate the public about park ordinances.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES PREFERRED:Security, safety, de-escalation techniques, hospitality, and customer assistance.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSE, REGISTRATION:Valid Drivers License.

EQUIPMENT: Golf cart, cell phone, iPad, camera, custodial tools, and misc. hand tools.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. WORK ENVIRONMENT The noise level in the office environment is usually quiet and moderately loud in the field. The employee is frequently exposed to cold, wet, and humid conditions.
