Job Title: Stainless Steel Polisher

Job Description

We are seeking experienced stainless steel polishers with experience in metal finishing and buffing. This role requires using hand and power tools to achieve food and pharmaceutical grade finishes. Attention to detail and the ability to identify defects visually are essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform grinding, polishing, and buffing of stainless-steel parts to meet strict pharmaceutical industry standards.

• Handle materials with unusual recesses, radii, and contours.

• Operate and maintain polishing tools and equipment, ensuring safety and precision at all times.

• Select appropriate methods, dressing, and abrasives for each task.

• Work in accordance with detailed drawings and instructions.

• Lift and carry parts of various sizes, shapes, and weights (up to 50 lbs).

Essential Skills

• Experience with metal finishing, electroplating, metal polishing, grinding, and polishing.

• Proficiency in using hand and power tools for polishing food and pharmaceutical grade finishes.

• Attention to detail with the ability to visually identify particular defects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Highly preferred: Previous experience in electropolishing/electroplating.

• Ability to work according to detailed drawings and instructions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr.
