Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Evaluate the accuracy of freight bill completion. Make sure all requirements of BOL including shipper, consignee, service center, D.O.T and all customer requirements are entered by billing

• Assist Central Billing with daily operational questions to ensure billing accuracy

• Assist service centers with daily operational requirements including scanning, 602-pickup manifest system, cash report, and scanner issues

• Provide feedback to service centers and revenue accounting concerning possible problems with accounts

• Monitor Reports daily to ensure accuracy of scanning and a timely billing finish time

• Provide assistance to revenue accounting with daily needs

• Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement

• Make recommendations to implement improved processes

• Perform other duties as assigned by management
