Part-Time Clinical Research Coordinator (8 hours)

This is a short term contract position and requires previous Ophthalmology clinical research experience

Job Description:

Looking to hire an onsite part time individual with clinical research experience to act as a consultant CRC to support an ongoing Ophthalmology clinical trial. This CRC must be experienced in being able to work independently. A candidate must help the site and study wherever needed depending on the specific assignment.

Responsibilities:

• Patient recruitment

• Chart review of patient medical records

• Phone screening

• Informed consent

• Collection of study data and entering into EDC

• Resolving queries

• Medical record retrieval

• Media referral processing

• Creating source documents

• E-diary compliance

• Regulatory support

• Assist with timely reporting of AEs/SAEs

• Maintaining study binders

• Subject follow-up

• Retention support

• Scheduling for in-patient visits

• Scheduling follow up appointments

• Appointment reminders

• Any study efforts deemed necessary by the site

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years in a Clinical Research Coordinator role

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)

• Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems

• Experience in patient recruitment for clinical trials

• Only seeking part-time hours, there is no potential for full time hours in this role

Additional Details:

Location: Somerset, NJ

Duration: Open ended contract

Schedule: 8 hours/ one day a week onsite - during normal business hours

Hourly pay range: $25-30 per hour
