Sales Representative - Solon, Ohio - JOB 25-00984 Salary Range: $80k + Permanent Position with Benefits. Solon, Ohio area manufacturer is seeking to hire an experienced industrial Sales Representative for the metals processing industry. REQUIREMENTS • High School Graduate (associate or a bachelor degree preferred) • 3+ years' experience in industrial sales • Develop written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers • Knowledge of the metals industry (Aluminum, Nickel, Tungsten, Commercial Brass, Bronze, Titanium, Tin...) • Work with established customers and prospect for new new customers through phone calls, email, U.S. mail... • Participate in trade shows and conventions Open to occasional travel (1 trade show per year, 2 sales (domestic / U.S.) trips per year • Develop annual business plans detailing activities to follow during the fiscal year, focusing on meeting or exceeding sales quota. • Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment. • Keep management informed of sales efforts by submitting activity reports. • Build strong relationships with customers; understanding their business needs • Valid driver's license • Sage/MAS, Act, Constant Contact or any other ERP software is desired Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
