*Evaluate and troubleshoot products for needed repairs

*Communicate and interact with customers and global service partners as needed

*Perform incoming product evaluations

*Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical assemblies

*Possess the ability to perform/execute calibration and test procedures in accordance with ISO/ICE 17025-2005 accreditation

​​​​​​​*Experience with the Microsoft Office package and the ability to understand and learn corporate ERP system.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES

• Prior electronics service repair/calibration experience, technical degree or certification required

• Ability to read schematics and follow work instructions.

• Must have working knowledge of basic test equipment

• Proficient soldering skills
