Job Title: Direct Hire Maintenance Technician

Pay: 26.65/hr to 31.15/hr

Shift: 3rd Shift (9pm to 7:30am)

Job Description

As a Technician, you will diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components of production-related equipment. Responsibilities include handling ingredient preparation systems, operating milk plant equipment, managing packaging systems, and maintaining storage systems. You will execute preventive and predictive maintenance tasks, create follow-up notifications in the SAP system, and complete all assigned work promptly following standards and best practices. Additionally, you will provide technical training to operators, participate in continuous improvement initiatives, and lead updates of maintenance procedures.

Work Environment

This is a 10-hour shift from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The pay rates for Electro-Mechanical Maintenance range from $31.15 to $36.50 based on levels, with a $0.85 shift differential for night shifts. Maintenance Mechanic pay rates range from $26.65 to $28.12. The work environment is very clean, typical of the food industry, but may include working in extreme temperatures, such as freezers at -40 degrees or ovens up to 115 degrees.
