We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative for an entry-level position on our vibrant sales team based in Solana Beach. This role provides an excellent opportunity for those looking to venture into the sales industry and trounce challenging sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales goals.

• Develop proactive and effective strategies to increase sales.

• Understand customer needs and personalize sales pitches accordingly.

• Maintain a database of customer and prospect information to facilitate future sales.

• Provide feedback on customer responses to the product and marketing initiatives.

• Regularly update and maintain the sales pipeline.

  Requirements

• High school diploma – Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

• Outstanding customer service and sales skills.

• Ability to adapt sales strategies to current sales trends, market demands, and company goals.

• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
