Description

Our client is seeking a reliable Bookkeeper to join their finance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions.

• Develop system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts.

• Define bookkeeping policies and procedures and maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.

  Requirements

• Proven bookkeeping experience.

• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.

• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.

• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
