Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industrial sector, is seeking an Experienced Welder to join their team. As an Experienced Welder, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various projects.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with pressure vessels, stainless and high alloy welding, and proficiency in TIG, MIG, and Flux Core welding.

Job Title: Experienced Welder

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $18 - $35 per hour, based on experience

What's the Job?

• Conduct high-quality welding and fabrication tasks on stainless steel and high alloy pressure vessels in an industrial setting.

• Handle layout, assembly, and construction of various projects, including small vessels, piping, and large-scale heat exchangers.

• Utilize a range of welding processes, focusing on TIG, MIG, and Flux Core, with openness to learning other processes.

• Adhere to strict safety standards and protocols, particularly in confined spaces or at heights.

• Demonstrate adaptability in learning and applying different welding techniques.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5 years of welding experience.

• Willingness to learn and apply other welding processes.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and plans to accurately fabricate required components.

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.

• Effective teamwork and independent work capabilities.
