Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage the daily operations of the front desk, housekeeping, and guest services departments Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations Maintain and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and employees Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of rooms and public areas Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative practices to enhance guest experiences

Qualifications

Previous experience in a rooms division leadership role within the hospitality industry Strong knowledge of front office operations, housekeeping, and guest services Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards Proficient in property management systems and other relevant software Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred)
