Specific details regarding the work arrangements for this position will be discussed in further detail during the interview process. Job Description The Recreation Facilities Caretaker operates and maintains company-owned recreational facilities including the Upper and Lower Parks at the Snoqualmie Falls. The grounds surrounding the Snoqualmie Falls Hydro Electric Museum are also included. Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE's operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety. This job is considered "safety sensitive" as defined in RCW 49.44.240 and is subject to pre-employment drug screening that includes screening for the presence of marijuana and marijuana metabolites. Job Responsibilities Performs maintenance on all buildings and facilities ensuring safe, operational and attractive conditions. Performs landscape maintenance to maintain safe and aesthetically pleasing grounds. Performs janitorial duties to maintain safe and clean restroom facilities. Empties many garbage cans throughout the facility. Leads and directs summer help. Provides on-call 24-hour emergency support and assistance for assigned location. Maintains all tools and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Administers and enforces safety regulations and rules specific to each location. Provides visitor information and responds to all requests for information and assistance. Schedules events with employees and/or Salish Lodge catering staff. Works closely with Salish Lodge staff, other PSE departments and/or local law enforcement to maintain communication as well as effective and friendly working relationship. Provides documentation for budgetary purposes for all proposed projects within the recreational facility. Oversees all work done by outside contractors. Submits weekly report to supervisor and manager. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma. Washington State Driver's License and acceptable driving record. Experience with power tools. Experience with landscaping and building maintenance. CPR and First Aid Training - will be provided by PSE. Desired Qualifications Valid Washington State Chemical Application License. Experience with landscape irrigation systems. The pay range for this position is$55,400.00-$86,000.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses. PSE offers a suite of benefits to our employees.
