Location: Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.
Travel %: 5%
Pay: $88,000-$142,600
What you will do
The Global SOBG (The Science of Brand Growth) Program Coordinator, is accountable for the planning coordination and orchestration of the SOBG program development and deployment across all functions and markets. This includes designing, production and deployment of the program of training and workshops of the SOBG the 9 priority execution excellence capabilities which are how Kenvue will deliver its vision to drive executional excellence to boldly grow share of everyday care and is declared as a priority strategic enabler on the Kenvue OKRS.
Key Responsibilities
The program coordinator will be responsible for developing the SOBG program from development to execution, overseeing activities and details, and measuring overall success.
Developing and running project plan, ensuring that the SOBG program delivers the deliverables, milestone and goals in line with the business operating rhythm.
Plans, schedules, organize and creates the framework agendas and approached of SOBG planning and development meetings with team the 9 Capability SMEs and the SOBG Faculty.
Plans, schedules, organize and creates the framework agendas and approached of SOBG deployment planning meetings with team the 4 regional leads and in market team functional and segment leaders.
Plans and develops with in market and functional teams the production of live training events and supporting materials and logistics.
Partners with technology team and design team to ensure leveraging the appropriate technology and design capabilities for the development and execution is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations etc.
Partners in developing the training content components, with the science that supports it, in a consistent and cognitively fluent / easy to process way the for SOBG and the 9 priority executional excellence capabilities across mental Availability, Physical Availability and Prototypicality.
Partners to produce and manage / curates' content across the vehicles for the training to be deployed which include Live Training, Virtual Training, E-learning, Microsite and the latest L&D mechanisms and capabilities. This includes coordinating the interdependencies across the 9 capabilities to ensure we deliver E2E executional excellence that drives growth with efficiency and effectiveness.
Assesses and create case studies and mechanisms to celebrate success and / or learning of SOBG executional excellence.
Through a program called SOBG LABs, develops strategic consultation, executional excellence diagnostic and develops implications and recommendations for global priority brands. Scopes, plans and diagnoses data and evidence and partners with internal SMEs external strategic thought and execution partners (e.g Ehrenburg Bass Institute, Bain, DEI) to unearth key business insights and implications that drive growth for priority global brands and tracking the impact.
Shape and develop the implications from the interdependencies between priority capabilities and strategic planning.
Captures feedback and creates recommendations for the systemic Learning, Implications and Optimization of Operating Model using SOBG.
Set and manage reporting on KPIs for all training initiatives and chart glidepath to success. Drive course correction, where necessary, to influence adoption of initiatives globally.
Managing and tracking budget spend and expenses of the program (including POs, invoices, expenses of events.)
Partners and liaises with communications team to develop and deploy SOBG comms internally and externally.
Builds external partner relationships with training partners, consultants and industry bodies for SOBG continuous development and communications. Analyzing training approach and make recommendations to improve and scale key initiatives.
Orchestrates the SOBG governance model and Faculty.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
A BA/BS degree in marketing, business, languages, or communications.
A minimum of 5 years' experience developing communication (verbal and written), L&D methods, instructional design theory and learning principals.
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and Technology.
Experience as an In-house instructional designer that develops and process e-learning content.
Training and facilitation expertise: A demonstrated ability at crafting and deploying engaging and impactful training events, agile sprints and workshops.
