This position reports to the External Reporting, Director and is based in Skillman, NJ

Role reports to: External Reporting, Director

Location: Skillman, NJ Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ , but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Travel %: 10%

Pay : $73-117,300K

What you will do

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of the quarterly and annual consolidated external financial statements (10K, 10Q, etc.) in accordance with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
Support the quarterly review and annual audit processes
Maintain familiarity of accounting pronouncements and disclosure requirements to assist stakeholders with questions
Prepare quarterly disclosure checklist in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
Adhere to various control procedures and edit checks to ensure the integrity of reported financial results
Identify issues for follow-up and resolution with respective stakeholders
Work on accounting research and assist in the interpretation and implementation of complex reporting

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting
2-3 years experience in accounting/finance
Exposure to financial statements and/or external (SEC) reporting
Excellent analytical, conceptual, communication and business partnering skills
Excellent presentation skills
Good technical research skills
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent inter-personal skills and a proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships at all levels
Self-directed and motivated to continuously improve processes


Desired Qualifications
CPA, CMA, Chartered Accountant, CGMA or other professional accounting qualification
Experience in public accounting and/or a public company environment
