Role reports to: Senior Brand Manager

Location: Skillman, NJ ( Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025 .)

Travel : 10%

Pay: 88,000- 142,600

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Brand Manager, Neutrogena Face to oversee the marketing and activation efforts, financials, budget, and health of business. You will also work side-by-side with other ABMs to drive marketing activities and help fuel growth for the Neutrogena Brand.

You will contribute to the achievement of revenue and profit targets through forecasting & budget management and identify opportunities to strategically grow the business and execute against them. You will assist in development of business plans and execute against the business plan through various programs, such as new product launch support, trade programs, advertising and media development, digital activities and consumer promotions, all while partnering cross-functionally with sales, finance, operations, R&D, market research, agency partners and other functions necessary to accomplish strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborating with internal departments including Customer Strategy, Sales, Finance, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning to develop and manage marketing objectives, goals and strategies and attain short-term and long-term sales and profit commitments.
Supporting the brand's P&L & making investment recommendations to drive profitable growth.
Supporting the team in building the Go to Market business plans driven by consumer category insights, and operating plan goals.
Own and manage ongoing budget management
Collaborating with key partners and agencies to deliver accelerated conversion and marketing performance optimization, particularly in ecommerce landscape, via real-time digital performance assessment and in-market adjustments.
Contribute to a high-performance environment with a culture of collaboration and innovation.


What we are looking for

Required Qualifications
A BA/BS degree is required; a Master's in business or marketing specialization preferred
A minimum of 2 years of commercial marketing experience - marketing, sales or related experience is required

Desired Qualifications
Preferred industry experience: Fashion, Beauty, Skincare, FMCG, CPG Oriented Research
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with an ability to bring out the best in others.
Strategy and data are the core of everything we do, so strong critical thinking and analytical skills are required.
Demonstrated resilience - has managed through touch circumstances and grown from it
Operator mindset - willing to roll up sleeves, show accountability for work and impact
Demonstrated ability to navigate whitespace with little direction, strong collaborator
Budget management and forecasting experience.


What's in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $88,000.00 to $142,600.00.This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
