Stonebridge at Montgomery is seeking an Assisted Living Nurse Supervisor to join our team!

Stonebridge at Montgomery is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Skillman, NJ. We are looking for a full time Assisted Living Nurse Supervisor to join our team. At Springpoint, our nurse supervisors are responsible for the direct delivery of nursing services in accordance with the assisted living program regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct an assessment/health assessment on new residents upon or prior to admission. Monitor immunizations at this time.

• Develop a resident general service/health services plan based on the resident’s assessed needs.

• Periodically monitor and evaluate each resident’s physical and mental status for significant changes as per the Assisted Living Program regulations and established policies and procedures. Conduct family meetings as needed regarding changes in level of care.

• Provide medications and treatments to residents as needed. Follow up with pharmacy and consultant as needed.

• Review and ensure completion of monthly wellness checks on all residents.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's of Nursing preferred.

• Current and Valid NJ RN license required.

• Must have Certified Medication Aide training by DMSS of New Jersey.

• 2 years experience in Long Term Care or Assisted Living.

• Must be CPR certified.

• Must have at least 2 years supervisory experience.

Salary Range: $98,000.00 - $105,000.00 / year
