Security Installation Technician Lead

Ultimate LLC is urgently seeking to hire Security Installation Technician Leads for full time work in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The pay for this position is up to $32 per hour based on experience.

Ultimate Job Duties

• Exceptional technical skills to install, service, inspect or troubleshoot security alarm and CCTV systems

• Knowledge and hands-on work with computer hardware, software, and configuration of network systems

• Create and maintain drawings and accurate documentation on installation paperwork for all systems

• Ability to read prints/specs to quote projects and service work

• Ability to obtain new customers and strengthen current customer relationships

• Ability to manage multiple technicians and projects as needed

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert and provide training and guidance as needed

• Must work well with coworkers and subcontractors of other trades.

• Must have ability to solve problems as they arise.

• Aptitude to learn new technology as it changes.

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift and move up to 100 lbs.

• Installation of necessary cable with ladder and lift requirements

• Excellent customer service and client relations, including contractors and coworkers

• Self-motivated, detail-orientated, organized, and dependable with the ability to multi-task

• Maintain accurate documentation of completed work and job specifications

• Operate a safe and clean work environment

• Overtime available along with minimal overnight travel at times

Position Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience in security alarm system and CCTV installations/service/inspections

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

• Additional electronic certifications highly recommended
