Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring the safe handling of cargo, monitoring equipment, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure the quality and quantity of cargo, respond to emergencies, and coordinate communication effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the safe loading and unloading of cargo.

• Monitor and verify the quality and quantity of cargo.

• Ensure all equipment is operated safely and efficiently.

• Maintain detailed records of cargo and equipment operations.

• Perform regular maintenance checks and address any issues promptly.

• Respond to emergencies and coordinate communication between team members.

• Work in various conditions, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning to final completion.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.

• Track and monitor project progress, identifying and resolving issues or obstacles.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in terminal operations.

• Proficiency in operating construction and cargo handling equipment.

• Strong understanding of safety protocols.

• Ability to work in various environmental conditions and lift heavy objects.

• Valid Driver's License required.

• Experience in construction project management.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication skills.
