Job Summary:

Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM | DOE

Description:

We are seeking a qualified Speech Therapist to join our team. This role involves providing speech therapy services to identify, evaluate, rehabilitate, and educate clients, patients, and students with communication, cognitive, swallowing, and voice disorders. The position focuses on enhancing the well-being of individuals and assisting them in achieving optimal living within their capacity.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy for congenital, developmental, or acquired conditions.
• Offer services in outpatient, inpatient, home health, long-term care, and school settings.
• Engage in prevention and wellness services, including screenings and health promotion.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve therapeutic goals

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
