Position: HVAC Service Project Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated HVAC Service Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll work closely with our service manager and clients to develop tailored solutions, building long-lasting relationships along the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of HVAC service projects, from contract management to job completion. This includes managing prime contracts, general contractor agreements, and subcontracts, as well as handling billing, change orders, credits, and payment collections.

• Design & Planning: Collaborate on project design, offering conceptual estimates, feasibility studies, and cost analyses. You'll also coordinate the creation of design and construction documents.

• Budget & Quality Control: Develop and manage project budgets, enforce fiscal controls, and ensure that quality standards are met. You’ll also conduct cost estimating and value engineering when necessary.

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage service employees and subcontractors onsite, ensuring compliance with company policies, especially safety standards.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and stakeholders, including job sites, general contractors, owners, and architects, to ensure seamless communication and project success.

• Customer Satisfaction: Promote our full range of products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction through effective collaboration and service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Education & Experience: An associate's or bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, construction, or a related field is required. Equivalent experience in project management will also be considered. HVAC service experience is a plus but not required.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams, clients, and external partners.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.

• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. You must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

• Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and build strong, positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

• Mobility: A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between offices and job sites as needed.
