Financial Case Manager

Starting at $17/hour, based on experience

Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

As a financial case manager, you will be working with clients assisting with benefit information, collaboration; providing ongoing financial counseling; and shielding clients from abuse and exploitation. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain budgets for clients

• Manage multiple case files

• Collaborate with other community resources

• Serve as a liaison to monitor and maintain clients’ eligibility for benefits

• Ability to maintain an organizational system to track all reports and issues

• Ability to complete time sensitive reports

• Accurately assess bills and request for funds, based on financial status

Requirements:

• BA in Human Services/related field or former work experience in similar role

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse populations

• Ability to work with a team and independently

• Problem solving skills

• Experience working with populations with mental illness

• Efficient computer skills

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting at $17/hr, based on experience
