4th Grade Classroom Teacher

Holy Cross is seeking an engaging and motivated 4th grade teacher to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year.

Qualified candidates should:

• Posses a valid Iowa Teaching license.
• Elementary classroom endorsement (K-6)

Our teachers are expected to support childrens learning through developmentally appropriate practices, assessments, and hands-on experience, including:

• Demonstrate the ability to support the intellectual, social, emotional, and physical growth of each student.
• Create a meaningful, functional and inviting learning environment.
• Communicate effectively with students, families, staff members, and the community.
• Demonstrate a commitment to on-going professional development.
• Model a professional, respectful, and positive attitude.
• Demonstrate knowledge of inclusive teaching strategies
