Job Title: Quality Control Inspector
Job Description
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will conduct examinations and quality control inspections on products, materials, and components to ensure alignment with product requirements and quality standards. You will maintain documentation records and data on inspections performed, recommend quality control solutions to complex problems, and implement corrective actions. Additionally, you will perform internal audits based on established criteria and record the results.

Use precision measuring tools to conduct receiving inspections of components and create first article inspection reports.
Essential Skills
2+ years of experience or vocational training/apprenticeships in quality control or inspection.
Proficiency in using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
Ability to interpret blueprints and drawings to complete inspections.
Familiarity with quality standards and procedures.
Computer proficiency.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma required.
GD&T (Geometrical Dimensional Tolerancing) knowledge is a plus.
AS9100 and AS9102 knowledge is a plus.
Preferred backgrounds include manufacturing inspection experience, particularly in aerospace or medical device industries.
Bachelor's Degree or above is preferred for leadership positions.

Work Environment
This role is based in a manufacturing environment that is occasionally loud. Steel toe shoes and safety glasses are required. The working hours are 5:00am - 3:30pm, following a 4x10 schedule from Monday to Thursday, with opportunities for overtime. The team is small, with a maximum of 10 people. The assignment is a 90 working days temp-to-hire position, approximately 4 months. Attendance is crucial, and tenure is highly valued.
