The Job

Our Assistant Branch Managers (ABM) are the behind-the-scenes masterminds, they coordinate everything!  Our ABM's support all Branch operations, production, and employees. They are the second in command and focus on managing the Branch team and daily Branch operations and are also active in their markets to support the local communities and develop new relationships.  You will thrive in this position if you love to coordinate and organize people and day to day operations. In the ABM position you will be a vital part of the Bank's growth by driving Branch success through business development and coaching your team on providing the best customer experience. In this position you will continually have opportunities to grow in your own development and get more deeply involved in your community.  

Our Assistant Branch Managers spend a lot of time with their teams, empowering and mentoring employees. You will be creating the future of the Bank by training new employees and developing current team members. One of the most rewarding parts of the job is to create and work with a strong team of people, and to learn and grow together. This is a position where you get the see the results of your work every day, you get to watch your team and your Branch grow and know you were a catalyst for that growth
