Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in SILVER SPRING, Maryland. In this role, you will be tasked with maintaining the financial records of our organization, specifically through managing our accounts payable system. The position requires proficiency in various software systems, including Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP, and a strong attention to detail. This is a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process invoices in a timely manner

• Use software systems such as Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to manage financial records

• Perform account reconciliation to ensure accurate record keeping

• Carry out data entry tasks related to accounts payable

• Handle invoice processing and check runs to ensure timely payments

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for financial data management and reporting

• Manage coding invoices to accurately reflect the nature of the expense

• Monitor customer accounts and respond to inquiries as needed

• Maintain an organized system of accounts payable records. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role or similar

• Proficient in account reconciliation and accounts payable (AP)

• Capable of executing check runs efficiently

• Experience in coding invoices

• Strong data entry skills

• Proven track record in invoice processing

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge and experience in using Oracle

• Familiarity with QuickBooks

• Experience in using SAP software
