In business transformation digital solutions at PwC, you will assist clients with business transformations leveraging large scale digital solutions such as SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Workday, Identity and Access Management tools and other business applications. You will utilise innovative solutions to help clients assess and manage risk and controls during their transformation journey. Working in this area, you will assess the client’s approach for ERP security, business process and IT General Controls, while educating our clients on leading practice recommendations.

The Opportunity
As part of the Business Transformation Digital Solutions team you are responsible for managing the identification and addressing of client needs, focusing on business process risk and control design. As a Manager, you lead teams and manage client accounts, driving project success and maintaining exemplary standards. You utilize your broad knowledge of systems like OneStream, SAP Central Finance, and Oracle EPM to deliver exceptional work and motivate your team to embrace technology and innovation.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage client engagements, achieving successful outcomes and maintaining exceptional standards
Guide teams in identifying and addressing client needs related to business process risk and control design
Utilize proficiency in systems like OneStream, SAP Central Finance, and Oracle EPM to deliver innovative solutions
Inspire and motivate teams to adopt new technologies and creative practices
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team
Develop and maintain enduring client relationships through clear communication and collaboration
Align with the firm's methodologies and quality standards
Mentor and develop junior staff to enhance their professional growth
What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
4 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CISA certifications preferred
Demonstrating extensive knowledge of OneStream, SAP Central Finance, Oracle EPM, and Blackline
Proficiency in business process risk and control design
Identifying key risks and controls
Designing test plans for key report testing
Experience with testing over Interfaces and Consolidations, Account Reconciliation and Configurations
Managing SDLC for EPM product implementations
Leading end-to-end EPM Security implementations

The salary range for this position is: $82,500 - $291,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
