ManpowerGroup Procurement Specialist in Sikeston, Missouri

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist who will be carrying out prospecting activities for national and international suppliers, finding suppliers, ensuring their qualification, evaluation and selection. Negotiating and comparing supply proposals; issuing purchase orders; issuing advance payments, issuing purchase orders, developing new suppliers in accordance with the purchasing policy and work instructions, under the coordination and supervision of the purchasing coordinator.

Location: Southeast, MO

Salary range: $50,000 – 70,000/yr

What’s the Job?

  • Prospect national and international suppliers;

  • Ensuring the documentary qualification of suppliers of critical activities and services;

  • Requesting the registration of new items and new suppliers from the relevant area;

  • Analyze purchase requests generated in the system for CAPEX items (materials and services), MRO, Raw Materials. Inputs, etc;

  • Negotiating prices, terms and conditions for purchasing materials with national and international suppliers;

What’s Needed?

  • Education: College degree in administration, economics or accounting sciences.

  • Required Experience: 2 years of experience in negotiation of CAPEX, MRO, Raw Materials, Service items, knowledge of contracts and legal terms and follow-up..
