Link Solutions is seeking a PKI Service Desk Technician to join our Sierra Vista, Arizona team.
Must be a US Citizen
DoD Secret Clearance required
Non-remote (relocation incentive available)
The PKI Service Desk Technician will provide technical and system support for the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) Center on Fort Huachuca. You will work across many teams and high-level managers in the organization to design, lead, manage, maintain, and track assets, deploy, implement, and support the workforce environment.
In this position, you will provide CAC/PKI and RA/LRA functions related to the creation, revocation, suspension, and issuance of NIPRNET Alternate Smart Card Logon (ASCL), SIPRNET, and Deployed Forces network tokens associated PKI credentialing for daily operations.

Job Responsibilities:
Resolve daily PKI and card access tickets which include user permissions, SSL certificate requests, servers, and applications access requests.
Will manage reinstatement and renewal of user privilege accounts.
Assist with system upgrades, version uplifts
Maintain, support, and troubleshoot PKI systems for infrastructure issues.
Monitor PKI infrastructure and ensure operational readiness.
Evaluate all certificate types for problems, issues, renewals, and revocations.
Assist end-users with certificate-related issues.
Administer the PKI certificate lifecycle for various applications and solutions.
Provide End-user certificate support for certificates.
Support certificate requests, escalating to senior members as needed
Participate in projects to deploy new PKI applications and services.
Implement changes to the PKI infrastructure and change control policies and procedures.

Must have a DoD Secret Clearance.
IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc.).
AA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with a comprehensive understanding of computer science concepts or two (2+) years of relevant experience.
Current Computing Environment (CE) certification (required within 90 days of performance start date).
Experience monitoring and evaluating the performance and security of PKI systems.
Knowledge of the security principles for protecting customer data and PKI systems.
Experience with PKI systems, such as certificate errors, access issues, encryption failures, etc.
Preferred:
BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with a comprehensive understanding of computer science concepts.
IAT Level III Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CASP+, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, etc.).
Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
Ability to function independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment required.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
Experience providing quality service and support for mission-critical systems and VIP end users.
Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
