About Street Level Campaigns

Street Level Campaigns, LLC is a political and public affairs consulting firm specializing in grassroots advocacy and coalition building for political campaigns, non-profits, trade associations, and corporate clients. Street Level Campaigns is seeking experienced canvassers for projects and campaigns across California. Canvasser duties include outreaching out to residents and voters in person, primarily through door-to-door as well as on the phone.

Position Summary

We are seeking motivated canvassers to work part-time on an Assembly District 76 race in the San Diego, San Marcos, and Escondido areas that will commence in July 2024. The schedule for this position is anticipated to be 3:00pm-7:00pm, Monday-Wednesday and 9:30a-6:30p Saturday-Sunday. This is a seasonal, temporary position.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Previous organizing, canvassing, or civic engagement experience preferred
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Interest in social and political issues
• Ability to do door-to-door canvassing and voter outreach
• Self-motivated and able to set and reach personal goals
• Good time-management skills
• Good judgment
• Ability to learn new information and topics quickly
• Ability to pay attention to detail

Pay and Benefits:

• Starting pay is $25.00/hour with opportunity for upward mobility within the company.
• Driving stipend provided for drivers.
