Position Summary:  This position is first and foremost that of a "Market Manager".  As such, customer relationship management is a top priority.  In addition to mortgage and consumer lending, the branch manager is accountable for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the branch including the administration and training of branch personnel.  This position is exempt and reports to the VP of Retail.
