Supervise and coordinate, activities of workers\ Effectively work with clients and crew members\ Assign onsite daily responsibilities and assist in resolving problems when they arise\ Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met\ Oversee traffic control, safety equipment, PPE, Maine DEP BMP\'s at the job site (can train the right candidate)\ Run construction equipment\ Make sure construction site is left clean and all equipment/tools are maintained on and off jobsite\ Ensure that employees comply with all safety procedures
