We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled semiconductor fabrication technician to join our dynamic team in the semiconductor industry. As a key member of our manufacturing process, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality semiconductor devices. Location: Shoreview, MN Wage: $20 - $30/hr. Hours: 7:30 am 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday Benefits of the semiconductor fabrication technician: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life Insurance Disability Insurance Accident Insurance Critical Illness Insurance Duties of the semiconductor fabrication technician: Operate equipment for wafer fabrication, including scribing, breaking, sorting, attaching, and bonding Perform deposition, etching, and photolithography tasks Transport wafers and materials within the Clean Room Conduct equipment tests, inspections, and adjustments Maintain quality standards and safety compliance Record and monitor wafer processing data Requirements of the semiconductor fabrication technician: High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related field preferred Ability to work in a clean room environment and wear appropriate garments Proficiency in using high-power and low-power microscopes Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions Basic math skills and data recording abilities Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity Additional Information: Medical Assembly experience is acceptable; PCB experience is preferred, and cleanroom experience is highly beneficial.
