The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
We’re seeking a speech-language pathologist to provide speech and language therapy at a partnering school in Shoreline, WA. This role is full-time, Monday through Friday, where you’ll support students and work collaboratively with a team to ensure success in their speech and language development.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Providing push-in and pull-out therapy services based on students’ needs.
Conducting assessments to analyze strengths and areas of concern in speech and language.
Collaborating with teachers and other related service providers to develop and implement strategies that support student success.
Delivering direct and consultative therapy as specified in students’ IEPs.
Documenting therapy minutes, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate student records.
Actively participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with caregivers and team members to support student goals.
Providing additional support to students, families, and IEP teams regarding speech and language development.
Other duties as assigned to support student needs.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Washington DOH SLP License or ESA Certificate.
School experience preferred but not required.
Passion for providing high-quality therapy and making a difference in the lives of students.
