Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Industrial Cleaning Technician to join our team. This position is part time with flexible hours. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation within our industrial facilities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and deep cleaning of industrial equipment, machinery, and workspaces to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

• Operate and maintain industrial cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and vacuum systems.

• Use appropriate cleaning agents and solutions, following safety protocols and guidelines.

• Conduct inspections to identify areas needing attention and report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.

• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Handle and dispose of waste materials in accordance with environmental and safety standards.

• Collaborate with other team members to address and resolve cleaning issues or challenges.

• Adhere to all company policies, safety practices, and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and inventory of cleaning supplies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in industrial cleaning or a similar role is preferred.

• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and cleaning agents.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks thoroughly and efficiently.

• Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.

• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.

Work Environment:

• Work is performed in an industrial setting, which may include exposure to various chemicals and machinery.

• Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and must be worn as required.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

Pay Details: $15.00 to $18.00 per hour
