Adecco Healthcare is searching for an Bilingual Medical Front Desk to become part of our client's team in Shenandoah, TX - 77384. This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.

Pay

$17-$26 an hour (depending on experience)

Shift

• Monday-Friday

• 8am-5pm

• Lunch Break: 1 hour from 12pm-1pm

Job Summary

The medical front desk position requires bilingual skills to handle a variety of responsibilities, including answering phone calls, problem-solving, greeting patients, processing patient check-in and check-out, collecting payments, completing end-of-day tasks to prepare for the next business day, and assisting back-office personnel with select duties such as equipment sterilization as necessary.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience working in a Medical Practice.

• EHR experience.

• Insurance verification and basic billing knowledge.

• Customer service skills.

• Computer skills.

• IVR and sales experience.
