We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our overnight team. In this role, you'll troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, contributing to our mission of maintaining excellence in every aspect of operations.

Position Details

• Hours: 6:45 PM to 7:00 AM
• Schedule: 2-2-3 rotation (includes every other weekend)
• Pay: $28.00--$40.00/hour (D.O.E.)

• Employment Type: Permanent, evaluation-to-hire

   

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics and testing equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment and systems.
• Maintain and repair industrial control systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely, safe completion of repairs.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and technical drawings effectively.
• Propose solutions for recurring equipment issues to improve operations.

• Step in as a production operator, if needed.

   

What You Bring

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with programmable logic controllers (preferred).
• 4--6 years of maintenance experience (work and education combined).
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, bore gauges, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• A willingness to learn new skills and embrace evolving technologies.
