Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Data Reporting Analyst in Shelby Township, Michigan. The role primarily revolves around data management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry, and providing administrative support. This position is based on-site and falls within the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Manage data entry systems, POS systems, and software

• Enter and update data in a timely and accurate manner

• Provide administrative assistance as needed

• Utilize Office / Excel applications, with a focus on Macros in Excel

• Uphold communication and customer service skills to resolve inquiries and issues

• Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time to meet deadlines

• Maintain strong organizational skills for efficient workflow management

• Leverage knowledge of Information Technology in daily tasks

• Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in all data entry tasks

• Use skills in Apache Spark, Atlassian Jira, BusinessObjects Technologies, Erwin Data, Gap Analysis, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), and Business Requirement Document Requirements • Proficiency in Apache Spark is required for managing and analyzing data.

• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira for managing project tasks and workflows.

• Experience in using BusinessObjects Technologies for business intelligence purposes.

• Knowledge of Erwin Data is necessary for data modeling and database design.

• Ability to conduct Gap Analysis to identify performance gaps and determine necessary actions.

• Skilled in AB Testing to optimize website and application performance.

• Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies for project management.

• Strong analytics skills to interpret complex data and draw conclusions.

• Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data analysis and reporting.
