- - Must be able to read a blue print - Averaging 56 hours per week.  10 hours Mon-Fri and 6 hours on Sat - Should have experience on a Blanchard Grinding Machine - The operator is responsible to ensure that parts are made according to exact specifications - Averaging 56 hours per week.  10 hours Mon-Fri and 6 hours on Sat - Schedule:  Typical Schedule is Monday through Friday -6:00am -4:30pm, Saturday 6:00am-2:30pm.  Hours are subject to change based on the workload
