As an Optician assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses, as well as providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ophthalmology, medical billing, and retail sales.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers in selecting and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses based on their prescription and individual needs - Take accurate measurements of customers' eyes and facial features to ensure proper fit of eyewear - Educate customers on lens options, frames, and lens enhancements - Process orders for eyewear and contact lenses, including verifying insurance coverage and submitting claims for reimbursement - Maintain accurate records of customer prescriptions, orders, and payments - Perform adjustments, repairs, and fittings of eyewear as needed - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
