Position Overview Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Sheboygan site including formaldehyde, resin, wax, and shipping operations. Responsibility includes leadership and direction of the workforce, associate empowerment and engagement, EH&S compliance, process excellence, initiative management and implementation as directed by Site Leader. Leads operations in a manner consistent with optimum productivity, regulatory compliance, and cost of goods sold. In the absence of the Site Leader, this position will assume the leadership role of the site. The role requires a multi-talented leader who can execute all job responsibility categories including EHS, Production Management, Quality, Teamwork and most importantly, be a skilled leader of people in a plant manufacturing environment.
