Job Description

A Customer Service Estimator is responsible for completing the following duties:

  • Provide world class quality on all products, services and processes
  • Closely monitor sold orders and the production schedule to ensure on-time delivery
  • Coordinate the efforts of sales, production and service departments by;
    • Creating work order packets
    • Closing Work Orders
    • Scanning paperwork
    • Updating the production schedule
  • Prepare MSO\'s/Titles, file ST-8 sales tax returns and process temporary permits for each vehicle transaction
  • Answer phones
  • Greet and assist customers, vendors and other visitors
  • Order office and shop supplies
  • Retrieve incoming mail and organize outgoing mail
  • Administrative tasks including assisting other departments
  • Assist salespeople by developing specifications and proposals
  • Estimate costs, determine selling price and create orders for service work
  • Incorporate feedback from other departments to provide more accurate quotes, pricing and information to our customers
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Ability to learn and retain technical knowledge of products and services related to trucks, trailers and propane/petroleum tanks and delivery systems
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to influence others and build strong relationships
  • Superb organizational skills, with the ability to successfully work on multiple tasks at a time
  • Mechanical aptitude, with above average math skills
  • Ability to manage conflict to win-win solutions
  • Ability to use and understand Windows-based software, MS Excel, Salesforce and Smartsheet
  • Experience with Oracle Enterprise One (E1) is a plus, but not required
  • Knowledge of Google Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Drive
  • Self-motivated with the ability to handle fast paced work
  • Passion for providing a World Class Customer Experience
  • Professional Verbal and Written Communication skills
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Ability to become a Notary Public
