Description:

3rd Shift, working on the Logistics Coordinator team (7). This team primarily handles the "track and trace" process for all expedited shipments (150-200 per week). They are responsible for all carrier communication inbound and outbound, tracking the progress of the shipment once every hour from pick up to delivery and will document all updates accurately in real time. Team is also responsible for updating respective customers on an as needed basis depending on the severity of the situation. 2 Shifts available -- Shift 1 (Tues 10pm-5am, Wed 6pm-5am, Thurs 6pm-5am, Fri 6pm-5am) // Shift 2 (Sun 6am-5pm, Mon 6am-1pm, Tues 6am-1pm, Wed 6am-1pm, Thurs 6am-1pm)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Attention to detail / Ability to multitask / Ability to learn, understand, and adhere to SOP / Ability to operate in a fast paced environment / Outbound phone call experience / De-escalation experience / Professional written and verbal communication skills (MUST).
