In this role, you have the opportunity to

  • Build a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions of people in China, while advancing Philips digital transformation journey as a global leader in Health Technology

You are responsible for

  • Lead China CRM strategies to guide the team to deliver strategic objective of CRM program

  • Lead national consumer care strategy and enhance service level of Philips 2c business

  • Co-develop China DTC platform business model, integrate consumer-centric based approach, with O2O channel transformation as well as global 1st DTC offline-store and other self-operating platforms

  • Establish cohesive and integrated data system on consumer profiling, behavior as well as AI based prediction which feed into over digital transformation

  • Pilot growth hacker CRM programs, select and optimize the practice to continuously improve growth rate and operation efficiency

  • Partner with key E-retailers on joint member service and engagement programs

  • Underpin the CRM strategic objectives in programs with multiple phases and KPIs to ensure operation excellence and goal achievement

  • Establish CRM automation system to ensure high efficiency of CRM operation

  • Identify and realize commercial value of CRM database and lead the CRM program to be one of important revenue channels and communication channels

  • Develop a high performance CRM team

You are a part of

  • A dedicated CRM & a CC team and report directly to Consumer and D2C Head and collaborate with many other teams including BMC, Digital marketing, E-commerce etc.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • University and above education

  • 10 years+ working experience, preferably 5+ year experience on CRM & CC

  • Strong leadership capability and entrepreneurship in driving high performance and team up with other teams

  • Strong data acumen with open and willingness to be the pioneer

  • Experience of Omni-channel (Tmall/JD/offline) CRM and reward system is a must.
