Position Summary: This position is responsible for coordinating and optimizing the flow of materials, resources, and labor to meet customer demands, minimize inventory costs, and maximize production efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of production planning and scheduling principles. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Develop, plan, and execute the production schedule based on actual and forecasted customer demand. Ensure smooth operations throughout the production process Analyze lead times with operations and supply chain to ensure schedule accuracy Expedite operations that delay the schedule and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions, raise concerns when the schedule is at risk, work with relevant parties to ensure schedule adherence. Work closely with purchasing to analyze inventory levels and product demand to ensure product availability Establish strong working relationships with all company functions Maintain achievable build and ship plan with the focus on minimizing costs and internal lead times Attend daily meetings with key stakeholders Skills and Knowledge: High school diploma or equivalent 3-5 years print production scheduling experience (preferred). Experience managing manufacturing processes, productivity, and efficiency measurements Experience using MRP/ERP systems Strong problem solving and analysis skills Experience using Microsoft office products Ability to work well under pressure. Effective interpersonal skills. Knowledge of print production materials (helpful). Bilingual or multilingual proficiency in any language (including ASL) preferred. The national pay range for this role is $50,000 - $70,000/year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission, o incentive program.
