We are in search of an Entry-Level Accountant to join our team in the Construction/Contractor industry based in Shakopee, Minnesota. As an accountant, you will be tasked with handling a variety of accounting functions, including but not limited to account analysis, account reconciliation, and processing Accounts Payable (AP). This role presents a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee account coding processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency

• Familiarize yourself with various accounting software systems for smooth operations

• Utilize Adobe Acrobat for document management and sharing

• Leverage Dynamics NAV in the execution of accounting tasks

• Implement ERP Solutions for streamlined business processes

• Conduct regular account analysis to monitor account activities

• Execute accounting entries as per the established procedures

• Undertake a range of accounting functions to ensure financial integrity

• Perform account reconciliation tasks to verify the accuracy of transactions

• Process Accounts Payable (AP) in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding is essential.
