Job Title: Production Operator

Hourly Rate: 21.53/hr

Shift Premium: 0.50/hr

“Normal” Shift is Monday – Thursday 4:00pm – 4:00am

We are running full tilt right now so there have been a fair number of Fridays being worked, so if they want the OT they can make bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery (e.g., hoists, mixers, mills, grinders) following standard procedures.

• Set up machines and produce products according to specifications.

• Ensure products meet quality standards and maintain production efficiency.

Success Criteria

• Maintain a tidy workspace.

• Follow safety practices and policies.

• Continuously improve and maintain quality standards.

• Work well in a team.

Education/Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Forklift license preferred.

Skills

• Use or learn to use RF scanners.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness.

• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
