Schneider's Dairy is a family-owned and operated company located in the south hills of Pittsburgh, PA. Since 1935, our local dairy has been committed to providing customers with

exceptional service and wholesome products that meet the highest standards of food safety and quality!  We are seeking committed full-time Delivery Drivers, Class A or B CDL, to join our team at our Seneca, PA distribution branch (188 North Main Street, Seneca, PA 16346).

Driver's will be responsible for providing our customers with exceptional customer service while transporting and distributing our products.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for efficiently and effectively delivering product orders to customers
• Checks orders for accuracy with regard to item counts, correct addresses and support documentation
• Submit all customer paperwork and deposits daily; including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports
• Maintain proper handheld records for all accounts
• Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area

Qualifications & Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required
• CDL Class A or B with Air Brake endorsement (in good standing)
• Must be able to work all shifts
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work within a team as well as independently
• Excellent customer service skills

Job Requirements

• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Able to push and pull 250 pounds
• Standing, walking, bending and kneeling during shift
• Ability to work nights and Saturdays
• Ability to work over 48 hours per week
• Ability to work in inclement weather
• Safety conscious - must be able to follow safety procedures

Preferences

• 1-2 years of driving experience
• Previous work experience in the food and beverage industry
