Academic Schedule: Fall 2025, full-time, 40 hours per week. August to December 2025
Summary: ITT Goulds Pumps is embarking on an exciting transformation of the Global Supply Chain organization’s process and compliance capabilities enabled by systems, data and insights. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic intern who is eager to learn about our company by assisting with various projects in the group. You will be working closely with our team to conduct research, capture data and attend meetings where you will be asked to take detailed notes to share with the team. You will work on a cross functional team to select and plan the implementation of various tools and platforms. Maturing our systems capability is a key goal for the GSC organization.
About the experience: Our ITT Goulds Pumps co-op candidates have the unique opportunity to work for one of the most recognizable pump brands in the world. They obtain firsthand experience in the design and manufacture of engineered to order, high specification industrial pumps and monitoring equipment. Our top Global Sourcing professionals will offer guidance and mentorship for each candidate, who will also get exposure to Engineering and other professionals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance applications for multiple Global Supply Chain systems using Power BI, PowerApps, SQL management, and Webform.
- Perform application updates and maintenance for the Global Supply Chain SharePoint environment.
- Conduct advanced analytics to support strategic supply chain initiatives, leveraging data to provide actionable insights and improve decision-making.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a student at an accredited college and pursuing a business related degree. Supply Chain or Data Analytics majors are preferred; enrollment in an strategy or market research oriented MBA program a plus
- Skills/experience in the following areas:
- Data management
- Microsoft Excel
- SQL Management
- Webform development
- Machine learning
- PowerApps
- PowerBI
